Ships from our Portland, OR warehouse in 48 hours. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days via UPS or FedEx ground. We don’t ship to AK, HI, or PO boxes.
Packaging
One carton. 94 lb.
We engineered the bench to nest flat inside one box (52 × 28 × 12 in). No two-package shipments, no missing parts mid-build.
Returns
30-day returns. We pay shipping.
Try it in your garage for 30 days. If it doesn’t earn its keep, send it back. We email you a pre-paid return label and refund in full once it’s scanned.
Warranty
Lifetime frame. 5-year hardware.
The steel frame is warranted for the life of the product to the original owner. Drawer, casters, and electrical are covered for 5 years. We replace, not repair.
